Kimtani is the brainchild of Ashish Kimtani. He established the company with the intent to create sustainable, green real estate developments and maximize stakeholder ROI. At the onset of his career in 1997, he gained experience in strategizing, planning, developing, marketing, and selling large mixed-use projects. He has immense knowledge dealing with various facets of real estate norms. Further, he has worked with a multitude of industry players, start-ups and has experience as a CFO with SAAS & fintech companies.
Ashish’s intellect empowers him to specialize in a variety of real estate business strategies. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Pune. Apart from that, he has a “Masters in Business Administration” from the HULT International Business School in San Francisco and London. Here, he acquainted himself with real estate investment, development, urban planning, business finance, legalities, contracts and negotiations.
He has worked as a part of the executive management team and as Managing Partner for various housing corporations. Ashish has played a key role in every firm’s growth and success he has been a part of. Over a long and illustrious career spanning over decades, Ashish has worked in various real estate markets in the USA and India. The involvement that he has had in diverse business environments has shaped him as a founder of Kimtani Ventures and reflects in the projects and developments handled by him.
Bimal Kimtani, the chairperson of Kimtani, kicked off his career in 1975. Experienced in working with multiple government agencies such as Mumbai Port Trust, Post & Telegraph India, Mumbai & Pune Housing Board, Electronic Corporation of India Ltd, Central Public Works Department and many more.
Bimal began developing real estate projects in the suburban locations of Mumbai and Pune in 1985. His capacity and experience in operating projects with compliance to all the regulatory rules, along with his in-depth knowledge about architecture and the real estate industry, have led him to deliver exceptional projects that are at par with all current industry standards. He is a full-service real estate developer and solutions specialist.
His experience in several divisions, including all phases of real estate project development, has helped him complete over 2 million square feet of residential, commercial, infrastructure and EPC projects throughout the years. The vision and the holistic approach he employs while executing any scale of real estate development have led to high-yield value additions. He produces ideas led by an impact-driven mindset and puts them into action to build real estate developments.
